Key terms of the Free Broadband Credit Offer

A maximum of one Free Broadband Credit will be awarded in respect of each eligible address newly connected and remaining actively connected to the Chorus fibre broadband network for a minimum period of 30 days.  The amount of credit varies subject to the plan type connected and the period of time the connection is active.  More details here.

A new connection to the Chorus fibre broadband network, supplied by Simply Broadband is required to be eligible for the Offer – voice only plans (ATA) or any other plans purchased through another broadband provider that is not Simply Broadband and do not involve the Chorus fibre broadband will not be eligible.

You must be aged 18 years or over to be eligible to participate in this Offer. 

Simply Broadband’s decision in relation to who is eligible to participate in the Offer, or any other aspect of the Offer, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Simply Broadband and any other person or party associated with the Offer is not responsible for:

Any problems or technical malfunction of any platform, website services, data connection, communication or the internet, or any combination thereof, 

Any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Offer, or 

Any technical or human error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Offer. 

You must comply with the terms of any platform used to participate in the Offer. 

Any request or claim in relation to this Offer after the Offer has expired will be deemed ineligible. 

Simply Broadband is not responsible for order requests, attempts or claims that are not received at our end. 

Any incomplete, illegible or fraudulent registrations or claims are not valid. Simply Broadband is entitled to use and check systems available to it to pick up fraudulent claims or behaviour in relation to this Offer. 

Simply Broadband may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, alter the duration or otherwise change the Offer for any reason, including eligibility of addresses.  

To the extent permitted by law, Simply Broadband and any other person or party associated with the Offer, will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, as a result of, or arising from, your participation in the Offer.
