Free Broadband Credit - Conditions
The credit of up to $250 is available for new customers that join Simply Broadband via the NZ Compare or Broadband Compare website using the online journey.
The Broadband Credit is paid in twelve equal installments over the course of a year.
The Free Broadband Credit Offer is not available through other channels, for example joining via a cashback website.

The Free Broadband Credit Offer is not available if you, or anyone else residing at your property, have received a credit for signing up to Simply Broadband within the last 12 months. Once your fibre broadband connection becomes active with Simply Broadband, we will credit your account with the first installment of your Free Broadband Credit. You’ll then receive an equal credit in each of your 11 following monthly periods, with the final credit of being paid in the 12th month of your first year as a Simply Broadband customer.
The value of the 12 credits will have a different total worth depending on the type of fibre broadband plan you sign up to. This is detailed as:
$150 Free Broadband Credit on Essential Plan = 12 x $12.50
$200 Free Broadband Credit on Plus Plan = 12 x $16.66
$250 Free Broadband Credit on Pro Plan = 12 x $20.83
Example for the avoidance of doubt: A customer connected for 3 whole months to a Fibre Essential Plan will recieve 3 x $12.50 (Total $37.50) credit to their Simply Broadband account.
Free Broadband Credit is only available to cover the cost of your fibre broadband connection with Simply Broadband and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. If you switch away from Simply Broadband within 12 months of becoming a customer, then you forfeit your right to any remaining credits that would have been due under the Free Broadband Credit Offer.
Simply Broadband may, in its sole discretion, either decline to apply, or remove any Free Broadband Credit granted, where it reasonably believes that a customer or other residents at a property have already received a sign up credit for that property within the last 12 months.
