Back the Boys in White - Terms and Conditions

The Back the Boys in White Credit offer is available for new customers that join Simply Broadband using the online journey on the Simply Broadband website.

The Back the Boys in White Credit offer runs from 11th June 2026 at 12:00 and expires on 28th June 2026 at 23:59 - unless extended due to results achieved by the New Zealand Men's Football Team in the 2026 FIFA World Cup*

To claim the Back the Boys in White Credit offer you must insert the correct Promotional Code at the point of signup (as shown below).

Orders must be placed before expiry date for connection and 'go live' / connected date within a maximum of 60 days (Simply Broadband connection must be active by August 30th 2026).

Back the Boys in White Credit is paid in three equal installments over the course of 3 months.

Back the Boys in White Credit will only be applied to a full monthly invoice.  

Back the Boys in White Credit Offer is not available through other channels, for example joining via a cashback or comparison website. 

Back the Boys in White Credit Offer is only available for an address that can recieve fibre broadband.  

Back the Boys in White Credit is not available if you, or anyone else residing at your property, have already signed up to Simply Broadband within the last 12 months.

Back the Boys in White Credit cannot be 'stacked' with any other discounts or promotions.

Once your fibre broadband connection becomes active with Simply Broadband, we will discount the first 3 full monthly invoices with the Back the Boys in White Credit.

You will receive an equal credit in each of your first 3 FULL monthly invoices as a Simply Broadband customer. 

The value of the 3 credits will make up the Back the Boys in White Credit.  This is redeemed as 3 equal month installments of $20.26.

The value of the Back the Boys in White Credit is therefore determined as a maximum of 3 x $20.26.  Total $60.78.

Example for the avoidance of doubt:  A customer connected for 2 whole months to a Fibre Essential Plan will recieve 2 x $20.26 (Total $40.52) credit to their Simply Broadband account. 

Back the Boys in White Credit is only available to cover the cost of your fibre broadband connection with Simply Broadband and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

If you switch away from Simply Broadband within 3 months of becoming a customer, then you forfeit your right to any remaining credits that would have been due under the Back the Boys in White Credit Offer. 

Simply Broadband may, in its sole discretion, either decline to apply, or remove any Back the Boys in White Credit granted, where it reasonably believes that a customer or other residents at a property have already received a sign up credit for that property within the last 12 months.

The Back the Boys in White Credit cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before 12th June 2026 at 0700.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for this offer at our sole discretion. All decisions are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
